MM2 Remote System: MM2 Refrigeration Unit
Mermaid's newest line! The quiet, efficient, air-cooled refrigeration/freezer units are an ideal addition to any vessel seeking Kool (tm) refrigeration or freezing.
Mermaid's MM Condensers are constructed on high grade 304-18 gauge stainless steel bases and can operate on 12v, 24v, and now 110v/220v with auto change-over! Capacity ranges from 2.5 - 9.0 cubic feet refrigeration and 2.5 - 5.0 cubic feet freezers. Each unit is manufactured using the highly respected Danfoss compressor line and can be remoted mounted up to 10 feet away. All Mermaid refrigeration/freezer units are air cooled and are pre-wired, pre-charged, and easy to install using the simply quick connect program.
The MM2 is ideal for 28' - 40' boats seeking refrigeration or freezing. The MM2 line contains a Danfoss BD50 Compressor, quick connect fittings, 12/24v operation or 12/24v & 110v/220v with auto change-over, and utilizes R134-A Refrigerant.
Choose the size evaporator that best suits your application. Evaporator will come with your choice of thermostat.
