Here you will find Mermaid's NEWEST Flush Mount Digital Controller as well as Mermaid's Standard 24v Programmable and Non-Programmable Thermostats.  The Standard Digital Programmable Controller is provided with each and every Mermaid Marine Air Conditioning Unit.  The New Digital Controller can be provided for a nominal upgrade charge.  Our Non-Programmable Thermostat is also available for those folks looking for a simple on/off controller.  There is NO additional charge to select the Non-Programmable Thermostat upon your purchase. Contact us for any additional information needed!  info@mmair.com

Marine and RV Ice Makers are back!  With a special arrangement made with fellow manufacturers, we are proud to re-introduce to the market the polished stainless steel ice makers!  These beautiful, high output, extremely quiet and durable machines are a welcomed addition to any boat or RV looking to add the convenience of onboard ice.

Mermaid's newest addition, the Kool-Temp (tm) remote refrigeration units, are an ideal addition to any sailing vessel or cruiser where either a previously operating refrigeration/freezer system once lived, or where a new insulated compartment is asking for refrigeration or freezing!  Mermaid now manufactures air cooled remote units using the highly respected Danfoss compressors. 

Our units are available in either 12v, 24v, and now 12/24v & 110v/220v with auto changeover from 12/24v to 110v/220v and back with no additional controls or circuits!  Our sizes range from a 3 cubic feet up to a 9 cubic feet.  Refrigeration and Freezing options are both available.

To properly order you system, first determine the size of the area you are looking to cool or freeze.  Secondly, determine whether the compartment will be a refrigerator, a freezer, or both.  Lastly, order the appropriate condenser and evaporator plate based on your requested needs.  For further assistance, download the "How to Select" PDF document under any of the MM remote refrigeration/freezer products.

Dry-Pal (tm) dehumidifier's compact and robust design makes it well suited for may different applications.  The Dry-Pal is the right choice for moisture control in boats, campers, cabins or anywhere a compact energy efficient dehumidifier is desired.  The Dry Pal is available in 110v or 220v applications.  The idea dehumidification area is between 250-350 cubic feet.  Additional units are recommended for larger applications.  20-25 pints of condensation can be created with using the formula of 80 degrees F @ 60% relative humidity.

As Mermaid Manufacturing continues to grow in the industry, so do our product lines.  New to the 2006 season, Mermaid will be working in conjuction with the MASE Generator group.  We have entered into an aggressive arrangement to assist all our customers with their additional boating needs.  Please see more details inside.

New to the late 2006 early 2007 season, Mermaid Manufacturing has entered into an agreement with Westerbeke Generators.  Known for their low profile, light weight, and quiet operation, Westerbeke Gasoline Generators were a welcomed addition to the Mermaid line.  We will have 3.0 KW - 10.0 KW on hand, however, larger sizes (12.5 KW - 25.0 KW) are available is desired!  Contact us here at the Mermaid factory for an inquires you may have.

Mermaid's latest alliance has brought them together with the reputable, low-cost, high pressure compressor manufacturer - Coltri!
