MK747: Medi-Kool 747 Unit
Mermaid's second largest model, the "MK747" is designed to hold at least one Pelican or 747 Rx box. This beautiful unit is a "built-in" model designed to work of the truck's 12-volt power supply. This unit will do what the MK15 and MK20 units do - Cool AND Heat!
The Mermaid "747" is designed for any ambulance, fire truck, or emergency response vehicle where cooling or heating the entire medical box or bag is necessary. The "747" can hold up to 2 Pelican or 747 boxes and will maintain the pre-set temperature using the climate controlled circuit board that comes standard with the unit! The board will not only provide cooling and heating based on your desired temperature range, but it will also store your pre-set ranges and monitor them for up to 6 months! After six months, either clear the board or download the data for your records.
The "747" cabinet can be built with the hinge on the left or hinge on the right. The compressor can be mounted on the back, left, or right of the unit. Proper ventilation is required for this, and all Medi-Kool units. For security, Mermaid includes a stainless steel lock with each unit!
