MK747-EXT: Medi-Kool 747-EXT
Mermaid's second largest AND NEWEST model, the "MK747-EXT" is designed to hold TWO 747 Rx boxes (or similar)! After hearing that storage for a single 747 medical box was not enough, we created the MK747-EXT! This beautiful unit is a "built-in" model designed to work of the truck's 12-volt power supply. This unit will do what all the Medi-Kool (tm) units are capable of - Cool AND Heat!

The Mermaid "747-EXT" is designed for any ambulance, fire truck, or emergency response vehicle where cooling or heating the entire medical box or bag is necessary. As mentioned the "747" can hold TWO 747 boxes or similar and will maintain the pre-set temperature using the climate controlled circuit board that comes standard with the unit! The board will not only provide cooling and heating based on your desired temperature range, but it will also store your pre-set ranges and monitor them for up to 6 months!
The "747-EXT" cabinet can be built with the hinge on the left or hinge on the right. The compressor can be mounted on the back, left, or right of the unit. Proper ventilation is required for this, and all Medi-Kool units. For security, Mermaid includes a stainless steel lock with each unit!
