This pre-owned unit is from 2003 and has been brought up to 2009 factory specifications.  The electrical box is included with this unit as is the air output collar, a digital programmable thermostat, 20' of thermostat cable, and an insulation mounting pad.  The optional Flush Mount Digital Controller can be added to this unit for $225.00.  This is a Cool/Reverse Cycle unit meaning it produces both cool AND heat!
