The HID Xenon Underwater Hull Light is manufactured specifically for the purpose of illuminating the marine environment around and/or underneath a ship's hull. Perfect for fishing, diving, or just plain entertainment.

Careful consideration has been made in the selection of materials and components that make up this fixture. Its streamline bezel results in near zero drag when installed in hull's bottom. This fixture is supplied with a 35W HID Xenon Ballast & Bulb that delivers intense brilliant white light which cuts through the murkiest of water. HID technology delivers 45% more light output than conventional halogen lamps while consuming less energy and without any additional generated heat. This fixture is completely serviceable from behind, making bulb changes simple and fast without the hassle of hauling the vessel.

As stated, ballast and bulb are included!  The ballast will even automatically determine incoming power whether it be 12v or 24v!  You chose your power supply and leave the rest up to the ballast and light!
